What’s the delivery time?
Typically 25–35 minutes in service areas. During rush hours it can extend to 45–50 minutes; we’ll notify you if that happens.
Can I customize the spice level?
Yes. Choose Mild, Medium, or Hot on every pizza. Default is Medium. We also offer ‘No Green Chillies’ on request.
Do you offer vegetarian and Jain options?
Absolutely. Over 60% of our menu is vegetarian. Jain-friendly customizations (no onion, no garlic) are available on most items.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, major wallets, and Cash on Delivery (please keep exact change).
Do you deliver late at night?
Our standard delivery hours are 11:00–23:00 daily. On Fri–Sat we extend to 00:30 in select areas.
Can I track my order live?
Yes. After placing the order, you receive an SMS with a live status link. If you did not receive it, contact support with your number.
What areas do you serve?
We deliver within approximately 7 km of each kitchen. Availability depends on time and traffic. Enter your address at checkout to confirm.
Is a gluten-free crust available?
Yes, a gluten-free base is available for Medium pizzas with a small surcharge. Prepared on a separate line to reduce cross-contact.
How do I apply a coupon code?
On the checkout screen, tap ‘Apply Coupon’, enter your code, and press Apply. Only one coupon per order can be used.
What’s your refund or remake policy?
If something is off (late, wrong item, quality), contact us within 30 minutes. We’ll investigate and issue a refund or remake as appropriate.
Is self pick-up available?
Yes. Choose ‘Pick-up’ at checkout and collect from the nearest Namaste Slice kitchen. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.
How do I reheat pizza properly?
Oven: preheat to 180°C and bake 5–7 minutes. Tawa: low flame, covered, 4–6 minutes. Avoid microwaving to keep the crust crisp.
Do you make half-and-half pizzas?
Yes, on Large pizzas. Pick any two halves from the eligible range. Pricing is based on the higher-priced half.
